Still into the last day of the 2011 feast and festivities that is the Calabanga fiesta here in town.
Townsfolk were treated to an array of eye googling parade of sights, sounds, colors, floats, majorettes, cadets, scouts, volunteers, civic organizations and LGU personnel, since the 6th of September.
Happy faces and gallant pairs of thousands of feet, marched in cadence and rhythmic fashion around the major streets. A free treat to every one that only comes on these appointed days of September of good weather, every year.
The 20-year old beauty questor from barangay San Roque was crowned Her Majesty, the Miss Calabanga 2011, Joanne Cornejo Reantazo. First runner up was Divina Segundo Ayoro from Bigaas while the second runner-up was Rogielyn Mae Malazarte Diwata, also from Bigaas. Congratulations!
