This is a #short #shorts form video from a much longer how-to cooking of Pinakro using ripening or soon to ripe Saba banana.

Much earlier posted were #shorts and long form video of my bro Bobby on harvesting the heart and bundle/ bunch of Saba recorded while staying in my sister’s home in Legazpi City.

As noted, this was what was done on some of the harvested Saba.
