This is the third and final instalment spotlighting Road Tour Camarines Sur.
This update covers the short distance starting from Barangay San Jose of capital town Pili ending at the front porch of SM City, at the heart of central business district 3 of Naga city.
Can’t help noticing the garbage dumps thrashed on the shoulder of Pan Philippine highway in almost all of the barangays passed along Pili town.
And drivers tend to hug the dividing line of the highway instead of driving in the middle, sort of. Insecurity.
Pili is the second largest municipality in terms of population in the province (boosted by its designation as the provincial capital) after the sprawling rural town of Libmanan.
While Pili is the capital of the province, it can’t boast of a provincial capitol or provincial government center building to date.
Wonder where the provincial officials hold offices? Don’t ask us. Ask them!
And Naga City is the center of the universe in the Bicol region!
