While Pili is the capital of the province, it can't boast of a provincial capitol or provincial government center building to date. Wonder where the provincial officials hold offices? Don't ask us. Ask them!

This is the second part spotlighting Road Tour Camarines Sur.

This second update covers the short distance starting from Barangay Sta. Teresita of Baao municipality ending at a portion of Barangay San Jose of capital town Pili.

It also covers a short distance of the Pan Philippine Highway passing thru the town of Bula.

Pili is the second largest municipality in terms of population in the province (boosted by its designation as the provincial capital) after the sprawling rural area of Libmanan.

While Pili is the capital of the province, it can’t boast of a provincial capitol or provincial government center building to date.

Wonder where the provincial officials hold offices? Don’t ask us. Ask them!

Along the way, have noted that the provincial health office and provincial medical center is located in the rural area of Bula town, far far away from the capital town Pili.
