The industrious workers of the facility earn a minuscule fraction of the market value of the processed fish when dried and ready.

Obviously, there are salient issues that should be answered by the facility owner to make the work area pro-active for the health and comfort of the fish processors.

But no one worker would dare complain for they could lose their spot.

Each one is considered temporary as the job is dynamic and dependent on available supply of raw fish for processing.
