The good mayor introduced the honored guest during the celebration of the 27th cityhood anniversary of the local government unit.

Vice President Leni Robredo and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan graced the celebration on March 1, 2022.

Mayor Fresnedi is a certified Kakampink.
