Typhoon ‘Nona’ wrecks Legazpi boulevard. Take a good look of one of Legazpi City’s pride, the immense boulevard with the imposing Mayon volcano as the backdrop.

Uncovered by typhoon ‘Nona’ the rip rap and pavement is not strong enough for the incoming waves or storm surge.
