PAL adds Jinjiang as new destination to China

MANILA, April — Flag carrier Philippine Airlines has expanded its international flight route network with the launching of flights to Jinjiang, China. Flights to the new route started last April 25.

The service departs Manila at 11 a.m. via PR356 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, arriving Jinjiang at 1:25 p.m. Return flights on the same day depart Jinjiang at 2:25 p.m. via PR 357, arriving Manila at 4:55 p.m. PAL introductory fares to Manila are being offered to Jinjiang’s business and leisure travelers as well as visiting friends and relatives (VFRs) as part of the flag carrier’s inaugural flight offerings

Jinjiang is the national carrier’s seventh destination in China which includes Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau. It is PAL’s 37th international destination and 67th overall.

Majority of ethnic Chinese-Filipinos trace their roots in Fujian province. More than 80 percent of the sector has ancestral ties in Jinjiang, is a county-level city of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.
