Watch Pope Francis on Palm Sunday at the Vatican. The event is scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2015.

Palm Sunday signals the beginning of a week long solemn Catholic religious observation that eventually centers among others the Passion of Christ.

Here sharing the live stream coverage of the event direct from the Vatican which begins at 9:20 am (Rome time) or 4:20 pm Manila, Philippines time. The event will include Blessing of the palms and olive branches, Procession and Palm Sunday Mass presided by Pope Francis. At the end of the Mass, the Pope recites the Angelus prayer with the pilgrims.
