LIPA CITY, Batangas, March 18 — Police officers confiscated heat-sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be metamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu” weighing 25 grams with an estimated street value of P295,000 during a buy-bust operation late Monday afternoon at Lodlod village here.

Police commander Supt. Jacinto R. Malinao Jr. said that the suspect was identified as Angelyn Caragayan Agucay alias Karen, 23 years old and a resident of the village. Also confiscated was a Caliber 38 pistol without serial number loaded with three live ammunition inside a shoulder bag.
The suspect is now detained in the temporary lock-up cell of the police station. She is booked for violation of the comprehensive dangerous drugs law and illegal possession of firearms). (PNA)
