MANILA, Dec. 31 — PAGASA said the Bicol Region, Quezon Province, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon will have cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, caused by the cold winds blown by the Northeast Monsoon or “Hangin Amihan”.
Expect cloudy skies with light rains in the National Capital Region (NCR) for New Year’s Eve, according to the state weather agency PAGASA.
In its 5 a.m. Weather Bulletin, PAGASA said Metro Manila will experience cloudy skies with light rains on Wednesday.
The remaining areas in Luzon are forecast to have cloudy skies with light rains.
PAGASA said the Visayas region will experience cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, partly due to Tropical Storm “Seniang” still passing through the area.
Meanwhile, Mindanao is expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, accompanied by isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
