Metro Rail Transit suspend operation due to garbage.

The Metro Rail Transit (MRT) had to suspend its operations on Sunday morning after garbage got caught in its electricity supply cables. Operations were resumed several minutes later.

TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines – Lucky survivors of the strongest super typhoon Yolanda ever to hit the country wept at mass graves yesterday during ceremonies to mark one year since devastation hit point blank central Philippines and pegged millions to deeper poverty. Elsewhere, survivors who transferred to other provinces, like Cavite, offered flowers at Manila Bay on Saturday November 8, to mark the first anniversary of the tragedy where over 6,000 perished.
