Cayetano was asking Marcos how he got millions of money when his source of income was employment in the government and have never got employed or worked in the private sector!

Marcos, Jr. is the son of former President Ferdinand Marcos, Sr., strongman and architect of the declaration of Martial Law in the Philippines from 1972 until 1983.
