In Rio 2016 Olympics Armenian weightlifter Andranik Karapetyan is an addition to athletes who would not attain his dream for a stand in the awards rostrum.
Instead, he will have to get medical attention, get some treatment then head home to heal.
The athlete was in competition in the men’s 77kg weightlifting event. He is also the European champion.
The 20-year-old howled in pain after the horrific event when his arm snaps.
