I hate goodbyes. It pricks the innermost recesses of my heart and pour tears on my eyes. It makes me sad and switch to a somber mood. I am very sentimental. I hate goodbyes.
The past issues of this blog, I featured shots of my neighbor and aunt’s flowers from her modest garden. And her plants well cared for continue showing off blooms of joy. But she is not around to take a look though. She is confined at the hospital barely conscious now. Her clock of life is fading fast. Definitely, not all good things last, nay, forever?
So while Nanays (Moms) and Tatays (Dads) are still around and can feel the warmth and love of children, go share hugs and kisses, not only one, but many and long and good and warm hugs, everyday! And perhaps, even more?
I hate goodbyes.
