Procedure:

Drop pineapple, mango, carrot and mint on the Vitamix jar or standard blender. Add Agave nectar or Honey. Add last the water.

Remember. In blending, add/ pour the soft ingredients first.

If using Vitamix, blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

If using standard blender, (like Osterizer), select or push knob to high and start by selecting Grate (Beat) for 30 seconds, then Blend (Puree) or Liquefy (Whip) alternately until desired consistency is attained. Also, press pulse when contents get stuck up on the blade.

Side note: Fresh pineapple is best option rather than frozen.

Nutritional contents

Pineapple is a good source of manganese (76% daily value (DV) in a one US cup serving) and vitamin C (131% DV per cup serving). Mango contains a variety of phytochemicals and nutrients. Carrots are rich in antioxidants and minerals. The latter two fruits contain carotenoids.

People consuming diets rich in carotenoids from natural foods, such as fruits and vegetables, are healthier and have lower mortality from a number of chronic illnesses.
