Thru the facilities of RTVM, we are sharing here the full live coverage of the proceedings and speech of Philippine President Duterte.
The 50-minute speech or so will emanate from the Batasan Pambansa (the current House of Representatives) at Batasan Hills in Quezon City.
The gathering is a joint session of Congress for the purpose of listening to the report, plans, etc. as written by Malacanang speech writers the perceived state of the nation by, for and of the elected president.
The official program starts at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon, July 24,2017. Expect there will be live coverage much earlier than the formal start of the address.
