The appearance may instill some fear on the onlooker especially that the creature looks formidable and not so friendly.

Here the photographer diver was able to document a rare marine iguana, huge enough to scare a grown up swimmer to ever approach.

But perhaps the creature is hungry and its a regular schedule for feeding time from the bountiful sea bottom dwelling marine algae.

Unmindful of the fish swimming about it, including the camera man and his companions.

Thanks for sharing the video footage taken at the ocean surrounding the Galapagos Islands, complemented with just the right sound, so many can appreciate the wonderful and rare creature in its natural seascape and habitat.
