Survey says Pinoy’s have sustained optimism during the Yuletide season as revealed by the result of a survey recently conducted by the Social Weather Stations (SWS).

The SWS survey revealed that seven out of ten adult Filipinos expect a happy Christmas and 77 per cent of the 1,200 respondents believe that it is better to give than to receive. That expectation was the highest since 2003.

The survey was conducted for the last quarter of 2015.

Results of the survey showed that only 7 percent of the respondents expect to be sad this season while 20 percent do not expect themselves to be happy nor sad.

While most of the respondents consider that it is better to give than to receive, 20 percent believe that it is better to receive.

All the respondents, from Class A to E, also expect their Christmas to be happy.
