US drone was used in PNP-SAF Mamasapano assault?

Drone or no drone, were Americans involved in the Mamasapano assault and debacle of Philippine National Police Special Action Force which resulted in deaths of 44 commando troopers?

Sharing here the previous video reports courtesy of GMA7 on the alleged drone(s) used in aid during the assault in Mamasapano, Maguindanao on January 25, 2015.

A broadsheet said:

A US drone located trapped SAF commandos as they were battling their way out after killing their target, Zulkifli bin Hir, alias “Marwan.” according to three sources who spoke on condition of anonymity.

But it was unclear if the Americans, who were in civilian clothes but had a military bearing, dispatched the unmanned aerial vehicle that tracked down the fleeing SAF troopers until they were rescued by police and Army reinforcements.

A military officer reported seeing the Americans when they arrived at the SAF post in the morning, hours after the predawn raid on Marwan’s hut.

Here’s one based on the fact finding sortie of the group of Partylist Rep. Luz Ilagan:

As early as seven days before the January 25 bloody encounter that killed 44 commandos of the Philippine National Police Special Action Force, 18 members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and at least seven civilians, Mamasapano residents had already noticed drones hovering over their houses.
