Bicolano police cadet tops PNPA graduating class of 2014

VIRAC, Catanduanes, March 20 – The topnotcher of this year’s graduating class of the Philippine National Police Academy is Police Cadet Glenn Tabo Santelices, 25, from the town of San Andres of Catanduanes province.

Before entering the academy, Santelices attended Claret seminary in Quezon City and finished Philosophy as cum laude.

The Mandilaab Class 2014 has 201 cadet candidates for graduation during their 35th commencement exercise on March 31, 2014 in Silang town of Cavite.

Governor Araceli B. Wong will attend the ceremony to show her support and to personally congratulate the cadet and his family.

Aside from Santelices, the top ten graduates include Cadets Bryan John Dayag Baccay, Allan Benedict Ramos Rosete (Sorsogon), Ermelo Garcia Dichoso Jr., Jade Rivera Gamboa, Andy Ray Asturias Geronilla, Michael John Luciano Verzosa, Jayson Rey Sadueste Florin (Albay), Robin Llanes Martin and Ian Marc Serrano Polestico.
