Hernandez Clan bereaved by demise of family members

For the well entrenched clan of Hernandez in Calabanga, the shadow of death come as a reminder of their being part of one root. Death become the source and cause of uncalled unhappy reunions, repeatedly as in the immediate past.

Many family members may have found their way into distant provinces and lands, but some return home to pay homage and reconnect, again. This time, twice in a row for two strong women.

Fe Hernandez Malanyaon Coballes devoted much of her time to a productive and rewarding teaching career. She rose from the ranks and handled delicate and administrative positions in the school districts of Calabanga. She remained graciously single but also a responsible and concerned sister to her siblings and as daughter of her parents. Aside from her teaching jaunts, she stayed put in her parent’s home in San Pablo.

But on Friday, last week, Fe accepted defeat from a lingering illness which she endured with strong determination and faith. Even with her demise she will remain forever the beloved sister of her siblings, relatives, acquaintances and fellow teachers.

The memorial service is tentatively schedule to be held at the La Porteria Parish church on the 15th of June 2012, on her 66th birthday.

In the same light, cbanga360.net failed to note earlier the passing of another strong lady. We are referring to Elvira Rull-Buban. She succumbed to complications brought about by colon cancer on April 11, 2012. Elvie, as she was fondly and lovingly called and referred to by family and friends, was an active member of the Couples for Christ and collaborator of the Diocesan Commission on Family and Life of Legazpi. She, too, endured and owned her travails, secretly from most of her family and close friends.

Elvie would have celebrated her 63rd birthday on the 9th of May. She is survived by her husband, her children, and many more family members. Supportive husband Emmanuel is the current Camarines Sur provincial director of TESDA.

Emmanuel is the great, great grandson of Francisco “Sadit” Hernandez, while Fe is the great, great grand daughter of Francisco.

Vaya con Dios, Fe Hernandez Malanyaon Coballes and Elvira Rull-Buban!!

This news article later will be share posted on the Hernandez Group on Facebook.
