Cbanga360 Hates Goodbyes

I hate goodbyes. It pricks the innermost recesses of my heart and pour tears on my eyes. It makes me sad and switch to a somber mood. I am very sentimental. I hate goodbyes.

The past issues of this blog, I featured shots of my neighbor and aunt’s flowers from her modest garden. And her plants well cared for continue showing off blooms of joy. But she is not around to take a look though. She is confined at the hospital barely conscious now. Her clock of life is fading fast. Definitely, not all good things last, nay, forever?

So while Nanays (Moms) and Tatays (Dads) are still around and can feel the warmth and love of children, go share hugs and kisses, not only one, but many and long and good and warm hugs, everyday! And perhaps, even more?

I hate goodbyes.

February 26, 2010, 12:00:01 AM. Calabanga time: Update. Due to the prevailing family emergency, I’m observing a “STOP PRESS” of posting my scheduled blogs, including the one for today, just in time before it goes online. Many thanks for friends who are stopping by.

  1. I’m with you – I don’t like Good-Byes either. I am so sorry about your aunt. I hope she is not suffering.

  2. Japa, I know how you feel and I am so sorry for that. My Father has also been sick for quite a while and it so sad to see him like that when I use to him very strong then. I’ll for you Aunt.

  3. The more a goodbye hurts the more you know you were blessed to have someone. Your aunt is so blessed to be so loved.

  4. I’m so very sorry & I pray she isn’t suffering, too. Isn’t there a chance she’ll make it through? Keep your hopes up & don’t give up!
Wonderful photo of her… Keep her close to your heart!
This reminds me, I’m going to go visit my grandma tomorrow after work!

  5. Oh, how sad, it brought tears reading your post. My thoughts and prayers for your aunt. I hope she does not suffer.

    Take care.

  6. Flowers from my late mother’s garden…sadly these have been my failure, to let these flowers bloom in my own garden. 🙁
